Welcome! My name is Masha.

Masha Leuner, M.B.A., E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT Candidate, is a Boston-based yoga instructor specializing in dynamic Vinyasa Flow (inspired by NYC’s Kula Yoga) and therapeutic yoga for osteoporosis and spinal health.

Masha began practicing yoga in 2005 and quickly became a dedicated student. As her practice deepened, she grew increasingly aware of the toll chronic stress was taking on her body. Balancing a fast-paced corporate career, a new baby, and a practice that was urging change, became unsustainable. In 2015, she left the corporate world and enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training at Coolidge Yoga Boston. She has been teaching ever since.

While Masha’s teaching style has evolved over the years, her core intention remains unchanged: to harness the power of yoga to activate the body’s innate capacity for self-healing. She is committed to bringing rigor, clarity, and methodology to every class. Masha is deeply grateful to her teachers—Tatyana Souza, Patricia Walden, Natasha Rizopoulos, Schuyler Grant, Dr. Loren Fishman, Tom Myers, Andrew Tanner—and to all who have dedicated their lives to sharing the teachings of yoga.
